You can return your Big K Bait's items within 30 days of purchase for an even exchange or full refund. All returns must be in original packaging, unused in sellable condition. They cannot show any signs of use. The products you return will require inspection by a staff member. The company has sole discretion whether we will accept your request. If the item is considered used, no credit will be issued and the item will be sent back.
